These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Elements Casino Victoria (the "Casino"). By accessing or using the services provided by the Casino, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the services provided by the Casino.
• "Services" includes all gaming options, promotions, and facilities offered by the Casino.
• "Casino Property" means the premises owned and operated by Elements Casino Victoria.

ARTICLE 2: AGE RESTRICTIONS

To access and use the Services, you must be at least 19 years old. If you are under the age of 19, you will not be permitted to enter or participate in any gaming activities on the Casino Property.

ARTICLE 3: IDENTITY VERIFICATION

You may be required to provide identification prior to accessing certain areas of the Casino Property or participating in specific Services. You agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

ARTICLE 4: RESPONSIBLE GAMING

The Casino promotes responsible gaming practices. If you experience any difficulties related to your gambling habits, please contact our Guest Services team for assistance.

ARTICLE 5: SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

You may voluntarily self-exclude yourself from entering the Casino Property or participating in specific Services. Please note that this will also exclude you from all promotional activities and marketing materials sent by the Casino.

ARTICLE 6: GAMING REGULATIONS

The Casino operates under British Columbia's Gaming Control Act and Regulations, as well as applicable federal laws. You agree to comply with all gaming regulations and restrictions.

ARTICLE 7: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You will not engage in any activities that could compromise the integrity or fairness of our games or Services, including but not limited to:

• Tampering with or attempting to tamper with any game equipment, software, or system.
• Cheating, colluding, or engaging in any other form of unfair play.

ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights associated with the Casino's branding, logos, and Services belong to Elements Casino Victoria. You agree not to use, copy, modify, distribute, or display our intellectual property without prior written consent.

ARTICLE 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Casino will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your access or use of the Services.

ARTICLE 10: TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Casino's website.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by British Columbia law, excluding its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with British Columbia rules and regulations.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please leave the Casino Property immediately.
